OMSG has built a plant with special roller conveyor, diabolo rollers, suitable for the treatment of blasting rounds and billets.

The purpose of blasting is the removal of oxides and calamine and obtaining a degree of surface finish SA 2 ½, according to standard ISO 8501

The plant is equipped with No. 6 wheels –single disc -, patented OMSG, best suited to achieving higher productivity to 200,000 kg / hr.

Appropriate sealing systems and protection prevent leakage of abrasive.
