Tappeto Rampante ® STEEL

The  steel Tumblast machines  Tappeto Rampante® are particularly used for treating work-pieces  with unit weight from 20- 25 Kg, according to the machine.

The  shot blast operation is  done on :

- iron, steel , aluminium and brass castings
- steel or brass forgings  or pressings
- heat treated work-pieces

The work-pieces placed loosely on the endless turning  belt  and they are shot blasted by the wheels positioned on the top part of the machine.

The load is done by an hydraulic skip loader, whilst the unloading  can be done directly into the container , or on a vibrating chanel that allows the recovery of the shot remaining on the work-pieces.

Special devices: such as magnetic separator and an automatic device for the abrasive cleaner allows to optimize the shot blast operation by treating the castings.

We were the first in  Italy to design and manufacture Tumblast machines  Tappeto Rampante®.
