RBC – Shot blast machine with diabolo rollers

Machine for automatic shot blast of outside surface of gas bottles and cylindrical bodies.

The removal of oxyd, calamine, paint  (in case of gas bottles to be reconditioned) is done by shot thrown by centrifugal wheels patented by OMSG.

The work-pieces turn and progress at the same time, exposing all the surface to the shot flow thrown by the wheels.

All the wear parts are made of special wear resistano material.
