SANDERPIPES – Shot blast machine for  pipes

Automatic shot blasting machine for cleaning the outside surface of steel pipes.

The oxide removal is done by steel shot thrown by one or more wheels positioned  parallel to the pipe axis , so that the performance of the blast pattern could be kept also when changing the pipe diameter, that should turn and progress at the same time.

The preset powers for these installations allow a perfect process at high speeds, compatible with those of other units set in line, such as painting, tarring, etc.
