OMSG was established in 1961 and since that time has proved itself to be a world leader in the design and manufacture of shot blast, shot-peening and machine systems.
OMSG are based in Villa Cortese, on the outskirts of Milan and occupy a site of approx. 21,000 square metres, 8,000 of which cover machining, assembly, testing and quality control of machines together with paint shop and warehouse for spare parts.
OMSG have a second factory at Dairago (Milan) of approx. 20,000 square metres which is primarily used to refurbish second hand machines which can then be available for demonstration purposes to prospective customers.
The applications of OMSG blast machines cover many different industries and over the years OMSG has built up invaluable experience in solving customers cleaning problems. All the main industries such as foundries, steel, iron and non ferrous, forges, hot pressings, heat treatment, structural steel, railway vehicles, agricultural and construction machines, gas bottle, tanks, pipe line plant and shipyards, metallic wire and bars are fully covered by the OMSG range of machines together with the more specialist fields for the treatment of marble, concrete products, glass and thermosetting composition.
OMSG have a reference list of machines which includes some of the world’s most prestigious companies and have supplied countless machines into more than 76 Countries. OMSG are justifiably proud of these achievements but are also determined to build on them to find new solution to customers problems and thereby offer the most up to date equipment available.
